For team captains
Captain's guide
You run your team's page, choose your kit, register your squad and call your team's number in the live draw. Here's how.

1 Sign in
The organiser sends you a PIN privately. Keep it to yourself: anyone with it can edit your team.
- Open https://agidanileague.com/admin/login.
- Under Team captains, pick your team and enter your PIN.
- You land on your team page. You can only see and edit your own team.
Forgot the PIN or typed it wrong a few times? Wait a minute and try again, or ask the organiser for a new one.
-
2 Choose your kit colours
Pick a primary colour (your main shirt colour) and a secondary colour. They tint your team everywhere on the site: crest, fixtures, tables and the goal celebration.
- First come, first served. If your primary colour is too close to a colour another team has already saved, it's refused and you'll be asked to pick something clearly different. The colours already taken are shown above the colour pickers.
- Choose the colour of the shirts you'll actually wear, so the referee and fans can tell teams apart.
- If two teams still look alike on the day, the organiser assigns bibs for that match; the match page says who wears them.
-
3 Register your squad
- Add up to 15 players: name, shirt number and position. Mark your goalkeeper as GK so they get clean-sheet credit.
- Tick C next to your name as captain.
- Optional: upload a team logo and a captain photo, and add a motto, walk-out song and a captain's quote for your team page.
- A player can only play for one team.
Everything locks at Fri 20 Nov, 07:15. After that only the organiser can make changes.
-
4 The live draw (from wherever you are)
You don't need to be in the same place. The draw happens on the website and everyone watches it live.
- Before it starts, sign in with your PIN (step 1), then open the draw page. Keep it open; it updates by itself.
- If the organiser shares a video call link, it appears as a Join the live call button on the draw page.
- When the organiser opens the draw, a box appears for you: enter any number from 1 to 99 and tap Lock it in. It can't be changed once sent, and everyone sees it straight away.
- The draw starts once all six captains are in. Teams are revealed one by one, alternating Group A and Group B.
Why nobody can fix the draw
When the draw is scheduled, the website locks in a secret random number and publishes its fingerprint on the draw page. Nobody sees the secret, not even the organiser. Your six numbers, which nobody knows in advance, are mixed with it to shuffle the teams. Afterwards the secret is revealed and anyone can press Verify to re-run the shuffle and check it gives the same groups.
If you can't get online, phone the organiser your number. They enter it for you and it's marked publicly as "entered by organiser".

5 Match day
- Fixtures and kick-off times appear on the Fixtures page right after the draw. If the day runs late, times update automatically.
- Venue: Venue to be announced. Directions.
- Scores, tables and the bracket update live. Read the rules for match length, cards, penalties and tiebreakers.
- Ask your players to pick your team on the site (the coloured dot at the top); their phones buzz when you score.
